To ensure that your property receives maximum exposure, it will be advertised in both English and Spanish language to clients primarily living in the UK or Spain. Our primary advertising medium is via the internet, but we also have business and personal links in Valencia and the UK.

At Valencia Homes, we have an in-house Spanish Lawyer who also speaks fluent English. He is able to offer legal advice to both vendors and clients with the aim of alleviating any anxieties that you or they might have. In this way, Valencia Homes aims to ensure that whether you are selling or renting your property with us, this process is as stress free as possible for both you and the client.

Selling

  • Valencia Homes operates on a 3% commission basis plus VAT which will be paid by the vendor selling the property, not by the client.
  • Prices on our web-site will always include the 3% commission and will reflect the final price.

Renting

  • A rental contract, adapted to your specific requirements, will be arranged by Valencia Homes.
  • All fees for our rental services are paid by the tenant.
