Costa Blanca
The Costa Blanca is located just 75 minutes drive south of the city of Valencia, within the Comunidad Valencia, and offers a little more sunshine and less rain than Valencia itself. The area covers some 200km of coastline, extending from Denia to Torrevieja in the south, with many sandy and pebble beaches with crystal clear water, backed by the spectacular mountains of the Sierra de Bernia.
Valencia Homes have a number of properties for sale in the northern region of the Costa Blanca, including apartments, townhouses, villas and fincas in the following locations.

What is a Finca?
The Costa Blanca area is littered with picturesque farmer's cottages on large areas of land, which have now become rural homes, known locally as Fincas. More recently, new properties have been built in the quiet rural surroundings of the Costa Blanca in the same style as the original Fincas, but with the benefits of a modern building.
