If you choose to purchase your property through Valencia Homes, our legal services will be charged at the minimum rate established by the Law Society. Such legal fees normally amount to 1% of the total purchase price. Legal costs, such as the those required to obtain Land Registry searches, copies of the General Urban Plans and other documents required for all property transactions, will be payable by the buyer. These costs normally amount to approximtely 200€. Also Valencia Homes ensure that our clients do not pay the 3% commission on the sale price of the property as in the UK. The vendors pay the 3% commission and the sale price which you see on our web-site is the final price (excluding legal fees).
