Please note that the terms and conditions of the lease will be agreed at the outset of the rental period with the owner of the property, and you will be provided with a written contract. Our in-house lawyer can assist you in the legal process.

In Spain, it is the case that the client renting the property is responsible for paying the estate agency fees. For rentals contracts of one year the fees are equal to one month's rent. For shorter-term contracts the fee is calculated pro-rata.
